The Solisterra Coach House Wizard is a free public tool at solisterra.ca/coach-houses/wizard for Ontario homeowners. Visitors enter an address and lot dimensions. The engine applies municipal coach-house bylaws (Ottawa Bill 23, Toronto garden suites, and others), estimates the house footprint, and maps rear-yard setbacks. Six FastUP™ coach house models by Solisterra Homes Inc. are evaluated for fit: The Student (282 sqft), The Betty (300), The Coach (400), The Garden House (500), Mid Century (800), and The Megan (1000). All models are FastUP™ designs by Solisterra Homes Inc. Each unit meets or exceeds the National Building Code of Canada and is built for superior thermal protection and energy efficiency. Solisterra handles planning, permitting, and architectural work. Book a call from the results to talk through the lot.
