Every wall and the roof arrive factory-made, so the whole shell goes up within a 7-day install, square, tight, and weather-sealed.
A fixed lineup you can see before you order, from a 282 sq ft studio to plans that will grow toward 3,500 sq ft.
A factory-sealed, continuously insulated building envelope with high R-values. Quieter rooms, less energy.
The home is priced before it is built. We do not promise a fixed percent saving. We do promise a known scope.
Neighbours see a crane and a short install, not a season of framing.
Every exterior wall and every roof section is built in our factory as a large, insulated panel, cut to the millimetre and quality-checked indoors. On install day a crane lifts each panel onto your slab. The walls lock together, the roof panels go on top, and the home is closed in and weather-tight almost immediately. That is how we go from delivery to a finished home in a 7-day install.
Every Solisterra home sits on an insulated, frost-protected concrete slab, not a full basement. That means less digging, less concrete, fewer trades, and a much shorter site schedule. The slab is poured while your home is being built in our factory, so when it arrives 6 weeks after you order, the base is ready and we install it in 7 days. A slab also gives you a step-free, single-level floor (useful for aging parents) and a warm floor, because the slab is insulated underneath and at its edges.
Aging parents or adult children, with a step-free main floor on a slab.
A 1-bed garden suite in Toronto can rent for roughly $2,100–$2,900 a month.
The house is built indoors, which matters where trades and weather are scarce. Private services can limit the unit count.
Repeatable models and a schedule you can finance. See the page for small developers.

Photography will replace this note after the first installs. Until then, the models and the lot wizard are the honest preview.
No. It is a permanent home on a foundation, built to code. It is not a trailer and it is not a kit you finish yourself.
The on-site install is 7 days. Delivery is 6 weeks from order. Permits and the slab happen in parallel with the factory build, before the home arrives.
Yes. Drawings and submission are part of the turnkey scope. The municipality still has to approve them, so permit time sits outside the 6-week factory clock.
Many owners look at the CMHC refinance for a secondary suite, a HELOC, or construction financing. The federal $80,000 secondary suite loan was cancelled and never launched.
